“ Before all the changes to HCT I was actually a frequent customer. I loved the simple menu and the food was always delicious. The free tea and ranch were also easy selling points. Then everything went downhill and I didn't visit for probably close to 2 years if I were to guess. Well I am very happy someone else bought the company and decided to undo a lot of those changes that I'm sure harmed business and updated the menu. I finally had a chance to stop in and see how things were doing now. I tried the chicken bites (new) with no spice as I'm not a spicy girl. For sauce I had the new comeback sauce and of course their ranch. The comeback sauce was really nice, I loved the flavor and it had a slight kick to it. The ranch was just as I remembered it, but I do wish it was still free for however many you want. The chicken was in nice sized pieces and I think the portion was generous as well. For my sides I had the green beans and the mac and cheese. The only let down of the meal was the green beans. They tasted like a can was opened and they were warmed. Not one ounce of flavor on these. I had to add a lot of salt to be able to finish them and wouldn't order them in the future. I was expecting a souther green bean with onion and bacon. The mac and cheese recipe is definitely different than the old one but I liked it a lot! It reminds me of KFC's which I adore. The sweet tea is once again free for dine in! Overall I am happy with the changes and looking forward to adding HCT back into my rotation. ”

“ Friendly staff and juicy good chicken! I ordered the chicken sandwich. The warm spicy level is perfect for those who enjoy spicy but are afraid of the repercussions :D. The bread was where all the heat was but I probably could have gone a little bit more heat. The waffle fries were fried really well. No burnt or undercooked pieces. The seating is weird. I won't knock off any points but there were only 4 large 8 seater picnic tables. I went alone and didn't want to sit with anyone. ”
“ When it comes to Hot Chicken takeover, you can't go wrong. My husband and I have their app on our phones, and we both were given coupons for a free entree, so we decided to head out to Easton for a nice meal on such a beautiful day. We ordered our free entrees, got an order of fries to share, and the very delicious iced sweet teas along with their sauces. For my cold chicken sandwich, I got the Chipotle mayo, and it was so good! Highly recommended! The service was very friendly. We used a kiosk machine to order our meals. We sat outside and enjoyed the ambiance. ”
